Management Team Charles Ames Founder & CEO Charles has made a career of combining team building with innovation expertise. Reactor 5, Oak Grove's flagship product began as a development project led by Ames at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. Ames was tasked with finding ways to use technology to improve productivity at JPL as well as NASA's manned space program. He led his team of engineers to build one of the world's first Internet-based workflow systems still in use by the Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs. In 1998, Ames founded Oak Grove Systems to bring this powerful process coordination technology to the commercial market. Chuck has a M.S. in Systems Analysis, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and a B.S. in Applied Science from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio Steven Katz Steven's career features more than 10 years in high-tech sales, marketing and product development. Steven is responsible for directing all of Oak Grove's marketing, sales and public relations activities. His past work experience includes Sprint, Merisel, CMP Media, NMB Technologies, Microsoft and Hughes Supermarkets as a box boy. Steven earned a BS in Business Administration, Marketing from California State University, Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management. Michael Glen Michael has over 15 years of business operations experience. Michael is responsible for all strategic planning, finance and operations functions at Oak Grove. His experience includes Unocal, Bailey Controls Company and Valley Crest. Michael has a BS in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a MBA with Finance and Accounting Emphasis from the University of Colorado. David Noble Involved with the development of our Reactor 5 software since its initial conception, David has played an instrumental role in its ultimate vision and success. David's previous accomplishments include the development
of software used to operate a number of unmanned planetary exploration
missions while working for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory - where he
was also one of the founding members of the organization's Enterprise
Information Systems group. In addition, David has held positions at CitySearch,
Federal Data Corporation and Smyth & Associates. David holds a BS in Computer and Systems Engineering
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
